Job summary

Cymbiotika is seeking a proactive Recruiter and HR Coordinator to own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to making offers. You will schedule and conduct interviews, document evaluations, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.

You will actively source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and build pipelines for current and future openings. You will also support onboarding, payroll tasks, and confidentiality, while maintaining an applicant-tracking system and delivering a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, InMail outreach, and pipeline management.
• Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Proven ability to conduct structured interviews and write clear, objective candidate assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Experience in consumer goods, wellness, or fast-growing company is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR or payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules across HR, candidates, and hiring managers.
• Deliver structured interview notes with clear recommendations and next steps.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Write personalized outreach messages and InMails to passive candidates; build talent pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates at every stage; communicate decisions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on pipeline metrics.
• Assist onboarding and payroll-related tasks, preserving confidentiality.
