Job summary

Judi Health, LLC is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role supports a fast-paced recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across multiple time zones in a hybrid environment.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain the ATS, and assist with offers and onboarding while helping improve hiring processes and reporting. Five days a week of hybrid work are common.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a distributed team.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse is a plus).
• Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding, and recruitment admin tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain hiring reports.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates with timely updates.
• Help maintain internal docs, process guides, and best practices.
