Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Contractor to support recruiting across multiple departments. You will help source, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers, contributing to a strong talent pipeline.

The role requires 2–5+ years of recruitment experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers hybrid work with in-office presence most days and flexibility for Friday remote work.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience assessing resumes and conducting screening calls.
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior recruiters to fill roles across departments; review resumes, screen and qualify candidates.
• Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with postings and sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidates through our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
• Assist with ongoing HR projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement).
• Stay current on recruiting trends to discern top candidates' skillsets.
• Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
