Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist to support hiring goals through recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities in a factory environment.

You will coordinate internal and external recruiting efforts, manage candidate records in the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company procedures. Regular on-site work with potential remote day per week is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition with onsite interviews, offers, events.
• Facilitate internal interviews within the factory environment.
• Review internal candidates for interview eligibility and schedule with leadership.
• Travel to satellite locations as needed for interviews.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and candidate records per company standards.
• Utilize the ATS to manage candidate records, statuses, and dispositions.
• Provide strong candidate experience while ensuring confidentiality.
