Job summary

Persona AI Inc. is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the People Operations team in Houston. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate travel, and serve as the main contact from outreach to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience onsite.

You will own scheduling, travel logistics, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, while maintaining ATS data accuracy. This onsite role supports a high-volume manufacturing hiring environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in coordinating, administrative, or customer-facing roles; recruiting/HR experience preferred.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through with multiple moving pieces.
• Experience booking and managing business travel and real-time problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end, including multi-panel on-sites and shift-based interviews.
• Book and manage candidate travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and serve as point of contact during trips.
