CLEAR is seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to lead a growing team and partner with the CTO and senior technology leaders to translate business priorities into talent plans.

You will build a high-performing recruiting organization, leverage data and market insights to attract top technical talent, and continuously improve hiring processes to meet CLEAR’s ambitious growth and product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced technology environments.
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting across complex, high-bar roles.
• Trusted partnership with senior executives to influence hiring strategy.
• Ability to use recruiting data and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions.
