Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to lead and scale its technical hiring engine in New York. You will partner with the CTO and senior technology leaders to translate business priorities into a proactive talent strategy and build a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters.

You'll shape recruiting of critical roles, leverage data-driven insights, and continuously improve processes to deliver exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced technology environments
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing technical recruiting teams
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead technical recruiting strategy and team, aligning hiring priorities with business needs
• Partner with CTO and senior technology leaders to forecast talent requirements
• Coach and develop a high-performing Recruiting team with clear expectations
• Use data and market intelligence to influence hiring plans and improve processes
• Build strong relationships across Technology and People teams to support evolving business needs
