Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to shape and execute our technical hiring strategy in partnership with the CTO and senior technology leaders. You will lead a talented team of Technical Recruiters, translating business priorities into proactive talent plans and building a scalable recruiting engine.

You will use data, market intelligence, and deep technical insight to attract exceptional candidates, improve time-to-fill, and raise the bar for candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong partnership with senior executives and technology leaders.
• Data-driven approach using market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLEAR’s technical recruiting strategy and team with the CTO and tech leaders.
• Attract exceptional talent and deliver on the company’s critical technical hires.
• Align hiring priorities, resources, and recruiting efforts with business needs.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters.
• Use data and market intelligence to influence hiring plans and candidate experience.
• Build trusted relationships across Technology and People teams to improve processes.
• Measure success via hiring plans, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
