Job summary

Cardata is accelerating growth with a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role that owns searches from intake through offer. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview criteria, while building pipelines via proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking.

You’ll work across GTM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Operations, using data to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience in a remote-friendly North America setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
• Experience independently managing multiple searches across functions.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and screening skills.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake to offer, building candidate pipelines and communicating progress.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Maintain candidate data and ATS hygiene; provide market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with People team on broader talent strategy and process improvements.
