Job summary

Northwestern Mutual - Appleton is seeking a recruiting professional to lead sourcing, branding, and full-cycle recruiting. You will develop strong candidate pipelines through referrals, community partnerships, and targeted outreach to promote the Northwestern Mutual career path.

Collaborating with the Talent Team and leadership, you will implement innovative recruiting strategies, manage onboarding, licensing and training steps, and provide data-driven reports to guide hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral networks to generate qualified candidate leads.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and licensing requirements and training preparation.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to create innovative recruiting strategies and events.
