Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-time recruitment for the Minneapolis and Edina offices. The role focuses on sourcing quality candidates, building internal relationships, and promoting the Financial Advisor role through social media and community connections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Public speaking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-time recruiting efforts for Minneapolis and Edina offices.
• Generate weekly referrals and lead sources through internal referrals and social channels.
• Communicate recruiting plans with Front Line Leaders and the Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Develop and execute new recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Call candidate leads to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
• Interview and guide candidates through the selection process.
