Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or business-related field.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake.
• Strong personal & professional networks within campus communities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lombard Recruiting Team and partner with the Director of Career Development.
• Serve as the face of the firm for candidates visiting in person.
• Manage the full-time selection process for the Director of Career Development.
• Help manage the firm’s Social Media Presence.
• Report on recruitment, onboarding, and development activities.
