Boly-Welch Inc is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist for a long-standing manufacturing client in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, curriculum development, succession planning, and workforce development.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree with 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing, strong Microsoft Office skills, and HRIS experience. This on-site role offers opportunities to shape a skilled, sustainable workforce and drive

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee training, and development
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or other HR technology systems preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience required

• Support talent acquisition and onboarding

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding; develop recruiting strategies and ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee
