Job summary

Boly:Welch, a long-standing manufacturer, seeks a Talent Development & Acquisition Specialist to drive growth through structured talent programs and robust recruitment. You will oversee onboarding, curriculum development, and talent reviews, partnering with HR leadership to build a skilled workforce and sustain organizational capability.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, strategic recruiting plans, and development initiatives across all levels.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and development.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or other HR technology systems preferred.
Manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Identify organizational training and skill-development needs and create learning objectives and content.
Facilitate training for employees at all levels and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback.
