• Experience managing multiple open positions and pipelines

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities and candidate sourcing across the organization
• Coordinate onboarding and early employee development programs
• Develop practical training materials and oversee employee development initiatives
• Support manager and leadership development activities and provide tools for effective coaching
