Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior Human Resources Manager to lead district-wide HR programs, drive culture change, and deliver best-practice HR solutions across multiple locations in the United States. The role oversees recruitment, compensation, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring regulatory and EEO compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of non-routine work experience building understanding of HR systems and problem-solving.
• Experience with HRIS/PeopleSoft data integrity and reporting.
• 5+ years in HR with at least two functional specializations (employment, labor/employee relations, classification/wage, training, or career development).
• One year of HRBP-level experience (NF-04 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, culture initiatives, and delivery of HR best practices across multiple locations.
• Oversee staffing/recruitment, succession planning, and talent development to meet organizational needs.
• Implement compensation and rewards programs; ensure wage survey compliance and benefits communication.
• Analyze organizational effectiveness using HR metrics and HRIS data; maintain accurate PeopleSoft records.
• Improve organizational performance through training, development, and performance management programs.
• Coordinate employee and labor relations, disciplinary guidance, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and EEO practices across the workforce.
