Entourage Corporate Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist in Princeton, NJ. The role blends recruiting and employee training, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

You will manage interviews, onboarding, and ongoing development programs to support talent growth Ideal candidates are highly organized, thrive with multiple open positions, and excel at building relationships with candidates, employees, and department managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and pipelines.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort facilitating training sessions and working with varied levels.

Responsibilities

• 50% recruiting and talent acquisition; manage day-to-day recruiting and posting.
• Coordinate onboarding and early employee development programs.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, guides, and workshops.
• Schedule, track, and report training participation and outcomes.
• Support manager and leadership development initiatives and evaluations.
