Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support its talent acquisition function. You will track requisitions, ensure job postings stay current with brand guidelines, and prepare recruiting reports while acting as a primary contact for candidates throughout the process.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, coordinate interview scheduling, and help with offer paperwork and onboarding. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, professional tone and candidate focus.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially for reporting and data tracking.
• Familiarity with ATS and standard recruiting workflows.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own tracking of incoming requisitions from intake through posting and approval, flagging delays to keep roles moving.
• Review and refine job postings for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Compile and distribute weekly recruiting reports and metrics for leadership visibility.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates, communicating scheduling updates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS for reliable reporting.
• Support offer and onboarding handoff by preparing paperwork and background check requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and communication.
