Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support recruitment and onboarding at Evolve Life Centers. This role ensures new hires are processed smoothly, from posting to paperwork, and helps drive engagement initiatives.

The candidate will collaborate with the HR team, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding tasks across systems, and support ongoing HR projects and trainings to improve overall staff integration.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Basic computer literacy (email, word processing).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment for all companies; coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain recruitment tracking systems.
• Attend Career Fairs.
• Manage onboarding: Paylocity paperwork, new hire badge, benefits portal, and email setup.
• Set up new hire in Ring Central and ensure polos are provided.
• Coordinate office space setup for in-office hires.
• Maintain the Company Organizational Chart and Wellhub account.
• Assist HR Supervisor with tasks and projects; support engagement and trainings.
