Massachusetts Institute of Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant within Human Resources to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and the broader community.

The role Educates stakeholders on recruitment best practices, legal interviewing techniques, and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); develops and executes strategies to strengthen community outreach, build broad talent pipelines, and facilitate sharing of top talent across MIT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, legal interviewing techniques, and ATS usage.
• Design and facilitate training on hiring best practices, interview guides, and job aids that codify MIT's talent acquisition standards.
• Develop scalable pipelines for key roles and implement sourcing strategies across networks, referrals, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops on hiring best practices and the use of recruiting tools, plus create self-paced online learning modules.

TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT, Human Resources, to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and the broader community, educating stakeholders on recruitment best practices, legal interviewing techniques, and effective use of the applicant tracking system (ATS); develop and execute strategies that strengthen community outreach; build broad talent pipelines; and facilitate the sharing of top talent across the organization. Key responsibilities include designing and facilitating training on hiring best practices, developing scalable pipelines for key roles, and building the processes and infrastructure to enhance MIT's Talent Acquisition strategy and capacity. In addition to, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategies, processes, and policies; developing hiring manager toolkits, interview guides, and job aids that codify MIT's talent acquisition best practices and legal recruiting requirements; designing and executing sourcing strategies and advertising campaigns; building pipelines for key roles; leveraging a wide range of sourcing channels (e.g., networking, referrals, external partnerships) and strategies to build broad pools of applicants; facilitating in-person and virtual workshops on hiring best practices, legal interviewing techniques, and effective use of recruiting tools; and developing self-paced online learning modules and recorded training content.
