Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support an ATS implementation and to advance TA priorities. The hybrid Atlanta-based role requires hands-on experience with ATS projects, training materials, dashboards, and process design.

The position sits within the Human Resources team and will deliver practical resources for recruiters and hiring managers while driving adoption and stabilization of the new system over approximately 8–12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR technology, or a related HR function.
• Hands-on experience supporting an ATS implementation, optimization, or significant HR technology implementation.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting systems, workflows, process design, automation, configuration, and UAT.
• Experience developing recruiting reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
• Experience developing training materials, user guides, job aids, process documentation, and other learning resources.

Responsibilities

• ATS Implementation & Launch: Serve as a key Talent Acquisition partner throughout implementation, launch, and stabilization of the new ATS.
• Translate Talent Acquisition requirements into effective system workflows and processes with HR Systems and the implementation team.
• Support system configuration, workflow automation, integrations, UAT, issue resolution, and launch readiness.
• Review and improve recruiting processes to maximize efficiency and automation within the new system.
• Develop recruiting workflows, templates, automated communications, process documentation, and other implementation resources.
• Build and validate recruiting dashboards, reports, metrics, and data to support ongoing TA analytics and decision‑making.
• Support post‑launch adoption, troubleshooting, process refinement, and stabilization.
