Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, office management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Warm, welcoming, and competent image to customers.
• Two+ years of experience sourcing and candidate assessment; social recruiting.
• Experience with Oracle HCM and Workable ATS desirable.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers and applicants throughout the recruiting process.
• Source candidates via passive and active strategies and evaluate quality.
• Administer Workable ATS including posting requisitions and templates.
• Manage advertising campaigns and track expenses.
• Administer background checks and POPES, ensure compliant candidate experience.
• Support offers and onboarding for all staff levels including high-volume hiring.
• Manage new hire data in Oracle and analyze onboarding trends for improvements.
