Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support recruiting for engineering, technical, and professional positions across ACE.
• Source and engage candidates through university partnerships, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support career fairs, internship programs, and new graduate recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment activities, and new hire documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee integration activities.
• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions related to HR programs, policies, benefits, and employment processes.
• Help maintain employee records, job descriptions, organizational information, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, training, and development initiatives.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce metrics, and continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information.
