You will collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding while supporting HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related Human Resources position.
• Experience with phone interviews (1–3 years).
• Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes of 5-10 open positions at a time.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Use sourcing methods to engage candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from contact to onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
• Answer employee questions and provide daily HR support.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
