Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recruiting coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and hiring process updates.
• Support recruiters with job postings and candidate tracking.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and university recruiting activities.
• Support administrative documentation as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
