You will manage interview coordination, run reports, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with management to strengthen the candidate pipeline. The role highlights attention to detail and safeguarding information while promoting the company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of general office administration and hourly recruitment.
• Strong emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting operations and candidate engagement.
• Create, run and analyze reports; present insights to Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance and visibility across the hiring team.
• Maintain a keep-in-touch strategy for future candidates to build a long-term pipeline.
