Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience or related field.

• Strong recruiting capabilities and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and act as a strategic resource in all areas of human resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership.
• Create and educate employees in new handbooks and policies.
• Support recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
• Support employee relations and company-wide committee facilitation.
• Compensation and benefits administration.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and orientation.
• Assist in developing performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Implement and champion the company’s culture, values, and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Revise and implement career development and training plans for employees.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally on incentive programs and company initiatives.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and team enrichment.
