Job summary

AGM Management LLC, based in Troy, MI, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment efforts for multiple open positions and supporting onboarding in a fast-paced housing-management environment.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates via multiple channels, conduct interviews, and help maintain a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related Human Resources position.
• Strong phone skills, at least a year and preferably 2-3 years of experience with phone interviews
• Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes of 5-10 open positions at a time.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Answer employee questions and provide assistance on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
• Gather feedback from employees and contribute to efforts to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documentation.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
