Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a member of the U.S. Talent Acquisition team based at Avient's global headquarters in Avon Lake, Ohio. The role primarily supports the Early Talent Program Manager by coordinating university recruiting events and activities that attract, hire, onboard, and engage early-career talent. The coordinator also provides administrative and project support to Avient's broader Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

Work Schedule
