Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or customer-facing roles.
• Internship or exposure to HR/recruitment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring calendars align and timely communication.
• Serve as the primary candidate contact, delivering professional and responsive experience.
• Manage interview logistics including virtual setup, onsite coordination, and confirmations.
• Maintain consistent candidate communications regarding status and onboarding timelines.
• Support job postings and keep candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics such as interview volume and pipeline activity.
• Assist recruiters with resume screening, candidate pipeline management, and requisition tracking.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws; identify workflow improvements.
