Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Englewood, CO is seeking an onsite recruiter to handle high-volume staffing across multiple locations. You will source candidates using AI tools and iCIMS, coordinating with teams to fulfill hiring needs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, fast follow-up, and exceptional service to internal clients and candidates. A dedicated Engagement Manager supports your success and a strong benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
• Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations
• Proficiency with ATS and internet sourcing platforms
• Ability to interpret data to improve recruiting strategies and efficiency
• Experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs across multiple locations
• Lead targeted sourcing efforts to identify and convert high-quality candidates into hires
• Support strategic recruiting projects and align departmental objectives with broader HR goals
• Use AI and advanced sourcing tools to maximize recruitment efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and external candidates through rapid follow-up and urgency
