Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across assigned locations, ensuring rapid turnaround and a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and requisition data in the ATS to ensure clean, reportable pipelines.
Produce and distribute recurring recruiting reports (e.g., daily pipeline standard reports) and support ad hoc hiring data requests.
Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency.
Support key recruiting projects and onboarding of recruiters, aligning coordinator workflows with broader team and HR initiatives.
Leverage AI applications and modern recruiting platforms to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting.
