Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help keep our recruiting processes running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate interviews across multiple teams and calendars, support new hire onboarding, and foster a positive candidate experience.

You will work closely with Recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners in a fast-paced environment. This fully in-office role at our HQ in Lehi, Utah offers opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support is preferred.
Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, interviews, or events.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams and calendars.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Coordinate candidate travel and onsite interview logistics.
Support onboarding, including sending paperwork and organizing folders.
Maintain recruiting records and assist with reports and improvements.
