Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business or construction management (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team across the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, TA Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant candidate records in the ATS.
• Prepare, process, and distribute offer letters and route offers for approval through the ATS.
• Serve as the primary communication point for new employees from offer acceptance through first day.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities including background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Participate in regular workforce planning meetings to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage recruiting email inbox and communicate status changes to stakeholders.
• Support recruiting reports, audits, compliance activities, and HRIS/ATS administration.
