Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support companywide recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience in Indianapolis.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, prepare offers, and serve as liaison from offer to first day. Travel up to 25% and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business or Construction Management preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team across recruiting and onboarding.
• Review applications and support candidate workflow management in the ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, TA Partners, hiring managers, and leaders.
• Manage interview logistics and act as primary contact for scheduling inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in the ATS.
• Prepare, process, and distribute offer letters via the ATS.
