Responsabilités

• Manage open job orders, reach out to potential candidates, and engage them to start new roles.
• Guide new hires through onboarding, from background checks to site orientations.
• Proactively build and engage a strong talent pool to meet current and future needs.
• Monitor fulfillment, address start issues, and share market feedback with the sales team.
• Use the app and digital tools to connect with talent and manage onboarding.
