Westcor Global Inc. is seeking a Talent & Onboarding Partner to administer recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies.

The role involves HRIS management, interviews, offers, and new-hire onboarding across internal and contractor workers. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, advising managers on best practices, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current HR experience or related training.
• Experience with corporate in-house recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS tools.

Responsabilités

• Administer requisition process and collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions.
• Create postings in UKG HRIS and align recruiting strategies.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide feedback to managers.
• Develop external sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Advise managers on interviewing best practices and candidate fit.
• Manage offers and negotiations with candidates.
• Handle new hire documents and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate background checks and candidate assessments.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report to leadership.
• Assist with HRIS updates and personnel changes.
• Maintain employee files and conduct audits of content.
• Support contractor/temporary workforce processes.
• Promote positive work culture and employee involvement.
• Organize company events and onboarding orientation.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
