• Ensuring Smooth Starts: guide new hires through onboarding, including background checks and site orientations.
• Building a Strong Talent Pool: proactively source and engage potential talent across channels.
• Keeping Things on Track: monitor fulfillment, address start issues, and share market feedback with sales.
• Leveraging Technology: use the company's app and digital tools to connect and manage onboarding.
