Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Experience with recruiting policies and full lifecycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, managers, and interview teams.
• Assist all personnel involved in the Talent Acquisition process with onboarding and post-employment activities.
• Ensure applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursement requests for candidates.
