MAI Wealth Management, Inc. in Independence, OH is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, reporting, and candidate communication. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to ensure a smooth interview process and positive candidate experience.

This role uses ADP Workforce Now for recruiting data gathering and contributes to HR projects, intern program support, and acquisitions as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in an Administrative support role, Recruiting department, or other HR function preferred.
In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of work-related experience required.
Experience with an HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and candidate engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner daily with recruiters to execute steps in the hiring process.
Coordinate all candidate interview schedules across time zones and complex calendars.
Assist in resolving applicant inquiries related to open positions.
Provide reporting and recruitment data as needed.
