Job summary

MAI Capital Management is seeking a Sr. Recruiter in Independence, OH to own and execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple business lines. You will source, screen, and manage candidates through offers while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The role involves HR data analysis, reporting and collaboration on HR initiatives including internships and acquisitions. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in full-cycle recruitment, experience with HRIS/ADP Workforce Now, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, business administration or related field.
• 5-10 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with HRIS and candidate engagement tools.
• Hands-on sourcing experience with Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• SHRM-TA certification a plus.
• Experience in an RIA/Investment Management Firm or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and staffing goals.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including posting, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Use recruiting data to provide status updates to leaders and HR partners.
• Maintain pipelines and minimize third-party recruiting costs.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and reporting, and support acquisitions and internships.
