Job summary

MAI WEALTH MANAGEMENT, INC. is seeking an experienced on-site Recruiter in Independence, OH to drive full-cycle hiring across business lines. You will partner with hiring managers, advertise postings, source diverse candidates, and screen and negotiate offers to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will report hiring metrics, support HR initiatives, and promote the firm culture to attract top talent while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience using an HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, and candidate engagement tools.
• Hands-on sourcing using Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• SHRM Talent Acquisition certification is a plus.
• Experience in an RIA/Investment Management or Financial Services firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across business lines in an onsite role.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Advertise job postings and source diverse candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates and negotiate job offers.
• Use recruiting data to report status and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Maintain a steady pipeline and minimize third-party recruiting costs.
• Promote firm culture through branded content to attract top talent.
• Participate in HR projects, reporting/analytics, and other initiatives.
• Support diversity and inclusion and equal employment opportunity focus.
• Collect, track, and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate experience, onboarding).
• Train managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
