Job summary

AmeriVet is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to deliver operational support across candidate experience, campus recruiting, events, reporting, and systems. The role requires 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition and strong Workday knowledge.

Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office. Responsibilities include coordinating candidate visits, campus externships, and conferences; maintaining resources and trackers; and producing weekly/monthly recruiting reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday experience, preferably within Workday Recruiting, candidate management, offers, or hiring workflows.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and logistics for candidate visits and campus events.
• Create, maintain, and update candidate resources and guides for a smooth candidate experience.
• Support externship coordination and campus recruiting activities, including CVM fairs.
• Distribute Workday recruiting reports and maintain trackers and resources.
• Provide day-to-day Workday system support and help improve recruiting processes.
