Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team in a hybrid role in Chicago, IL or San Diego, CA.

This non-exempt/full-time position reports to the AVP, Talent Acquisition and involves supporting and strengthening the company’s recruiting efforts. You will draft job descriptions, manage candidate data in Workday, and assist sourcing, interviewing, and early careers programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; HR certifications also considered.
• 1-3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and influencing skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process from requisition intake through pre-hire and onboarding.
• Draft and update job descriptions.
• Prepare offer letters.
• Serve as a Workday recruitment resource while maintaining candidate records.
• Create job requisitions and post open roles.
• Proactively source candidates via Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, forums and resume databases.
• Initiate background and reference checks.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Partner with HR Services for seamless onboarding.
