Job summary

AmeriVet is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Antonio, TX. You will support candidate experience, campus recruiting, events, reporting, and recruiting systems, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition and at least 2 years of Workday experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or related experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday experience required, preferably within Workday Recruiting, candidate management, offers, or hiring workflows.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and the candidate lifecycle from application through hire.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Talent Acquisition, Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong follow-through with the ability to identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive items through completion.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate issues or engage additional partners.
• Strong partnership mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and logistics for DVM candidate visits and accommodations.
• Create, maintain, and update candidate-facing resources.
• Partner with recruiters and practice teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Support candidate gifting and candidate experience initiatives.
• Troubleshoot travel or logistical issues and assist with last-minute changes.
