Job summary

AmeriVet Partners Management, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Antonio, TX. You will coordinate candidate experiences, campus recruiting, conferences, events, reporting, and recruiting systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition, strong Workday experience, and excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills. This role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or related experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday experience required, preferably within Workday Recruiting, candidate management, offers, or hiring workflows.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and the candidate lifecycle from application through hire.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Talent Acquisition, Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong follow-through with the ability to identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive items through completion.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escape issues or engage additional partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and logistics for candidate visits, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other accommodations.
• Create, maintain, and update candidate resources and guides.
• Partner with recruiters and practice teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout interviews and visits.
• Support candidate gifting and other candidate experience initiatives.
• Troubleshoot travel or logistical issues and assist with last-minute changes.
• Support externship coordination, tracking, invoicing, and campus recruiting activities.
• Coordinate registrations and facilitation for career fairs and campus events.
• Provide event support and maintain event guidebooks and FAQs.
• Distribute Workday recruiting reports and maintain recruiting trackers and documentation.
• Support Workday offer and hiring processes and monitor onboarding tasks.
