Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing TA team in a hybrid Tysons, VA setting. The role supports sourcing, interview scheduling, ATS administration, and candidate experience for a high-volume federal government client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting coordination, hands-on ATS experience, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System and reporting.
• Ability to manage complex interview scheduling with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational TA support across active requisitions.
• Assist with requisition intake, job postings, and offer documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and onboarding support.
• Prepare TA metrics and support process documentation.
