Groundswell is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate verification, recruiting system audits, and referral processing. The role is based in McLean, Virginia, with hybrid work and on-site interview support.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, reviewing candidates from agencies, and ensuring OFCCP-compliant documentation. Strong Microsoft Office and Workday experience are preferred, with 1–3 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Experience in OFCCP/federal contracting environment and candidate documentation.
• Ability to coordinate interviews, scheduling, and logistics with pace and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-up.
• Support in-person interviews at the McLean office and assist onsite logistics.
• Review candidates from staffing agencies and verify prior engagements.
• Conduct recruiting system audits and maintain data integrity for OFCCP.
• Assist with referral processing and maintain accurate records.
• Provide sourcing support via ATS, job boards, research, and networking.
• Follow up on interview feedback to move candidates forward.
• Update TA process docs and templates on Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.
• Support candidate tracking, requisition updates, and recruiting reports.
