Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Newark, NJ to support the full recruitment process.

You will manage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, travel arrangements, and recruitment reporting, acting as a key liaison for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. Responsibilities include maintaining ATS postings, preparing recruiting dashboards, and contributing to onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Experience with an ATS, such as Workable.

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Develop and manage interview agendas and candidate itineraries.
• Coordinate candidate communications, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up correspondence.
• Arrange candidate travel and related logistics as needed.
• Create and update presentations for recruiting initiatives and programs.
• Maintain market salary benchmarking and compensation tracking information.
• Maintain ATS postings and ensure job descriptions are current.
• Generate and distribute recruiting, hiring, and workforce reports.
