Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Milford, CT. This full-time role supports the Talent Acquisition team and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

You will coordinate the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, travel logistics, and candidate communications, while maintaining ATS postings and reporting metrics. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or communications and at least 2 years of recruiting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or related experience.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Develop and manage interview agendas and candidate itineraries.
• Coordinate candidate communications, including interview confirmations, reminders, status updates, and follow-up correspondence.
• Arrange candidate travel and related logistics as needed.
• Coordinate executive travel and calendar management for recruiting leadership.
• Create and update presentations for recruiting initiatives, career fairs, campus events, and other talent acquisition programs.
• Maintain market salary benchmarking and compensation tracking information.
• Manage job postings within the Workable ATS, ensuring positions are posted accurately and job descriptions remain current.
